Let’s Make a Difference Together
At Oasis Church, we believe that God has called us to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. That’s why we’re partnering with Fourth Plain Forward on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, for a powerful outreach event to address one of the greatest challenges in our community: food insecurity.
We want to be the church in our community by tangibly showing people the love of Christ through our actions.
So What’s Happening on February 4, 2025?
We’re kicking off the first of four community outreach events planned for 2025, designed to serve individuals and families right where they are. On February 4th, we’ll be:
- Serving hot lunches and distributing food boxes: Five locations will receive both meals and nutritious food boxes. We will be distributing at four Stay Safe Shelters and The Adventist Community Center.
- Sharing educational resources: To empower families with tools for long-term health and well-being.
Our Goal
We’re raising $6,000 to make this happen, and here’s the good news: Oasis Church will match every dollar raised! That means your generosity goes twice as far in helping us fund these efforts.
How You Can Be Part of This Mission
This is where you come in. There are three ways to make a difference:
- Volunteer Your Time: We’re looking for 40 volunteers to help us pack food boxes, serve hot meals, and connect with those we’re serving. Sign up using the link below.

Why This Matters
The latest needs assessment in our community revealed that food insecurity is the number one challenge families are facing. We believe the church has been called to step into that need and provide hope. This isn’t just about food—it’s about love. It’s about showing people that they matter to God and to us.
